The Corps Marshal of the Federal Toads Safety Corps, Shehu Mohammed, will be leading discussions at the upcoming 2024 National Security Conference hosted by the National Association of Online Security News Publishers (NAOSNP), scheduled to take place at the Ballroom of the prestigious Oriental Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos.
The enthusiastic road safety leader will serve as a special guest of honor alongside other prominent Nigerians with the aim of finding sustainable solutions to address security challenges in the country. The theme of the conference, "Connecting the Dots Between Identity Tracking and National Security," focuses on shedding light on the obstacles hindering effective tracking of criminals despite advancements in communication technology. The event will offer solutions towards addressing these challenges and achieving lasting results.
Set to occur on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at 10 am, the Corps Marshal expressed his pleasure in engaging with key figures in the Nigerian security, cybersecurity, media, and technology sectors on such a crucial national issue within a prominent platform.
Noteworthy personalities expected at the conference include the Honourable Minister of State for Police Affairs, Hajia Imaam Sulaiman-Ibrahim, as the Distinguished Keynote Speaker, Inspector General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, Executive Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, and other significant figures from various security sectors.
