APCA is honoring Paul Fregene, the General Secretary of its Nigerian branch, on his 56th birthday.
The Association of Political Consultants Africa has extended its good wishes to him. Recently, Paul Fregene, who currently holds the position of Secretary to Ejigbo Local Government in Lagos State, was chosen to serve as the General Secretary of the Nigeria division of the global organization.
Before his current positions, Fregene had an illustrious professional journey in Sales and Marketing.
Throughout his career, he held positions at the National Bureau of Statistics, Alphabeta Consulting, and the oil and gas industry, specifically with Chevron Nigeria.
